I am an applied mathematician working on problems in scientific computing, such as numerical analysis, fluid-structure interaction, and reduced order modeling. My current work involves parallelization of immersed boundary codes and improving incompressible fluid solvers: I am motivated by the needs of the codes in our code for simulating cardiovascular dynamics.

I am also working on some projects (most related to finite element analysis) with the deal.II finite element library. I am one of the principal developers of deal.II.
